Genesis of Freedom
In the year 2006, While in deep prayer and intercession for Revival at the garden of Gethsemane, the Lord Impressed upon the heart of Pastor Alwin Thomas, a vision to reach out the nations of the world through Anointed Worship, Prophetic Word and the manifestation of the Holy Spirit through Signs and Wonders.
Since then, Freedom has journeyed from humble beginnings in Chennai and served as a Great tool of Harvest across the nation of India, winning multitudes of young and old souls alike for Christ who has now become ambassadors for the Gospel of Christ in many towns and villages. Through these 3 days crusades, thousands have experienced the joy of Salvation and many have been healed and delivered from various bondages and sicknesses.
We believe that these are the days of the fulfilment of the end time prophecies by Prophet Joel about a mighty Revival across the generations from the Children to elderly saints. Jesus said that the harvest is plenty but labourers are few (Luke 10:2). Yes... It is time for the Church to actively engage in missions work and wholeheartedly support missionaries who are sacrificially involved in Preaching the Gospel.
Vision
Our vision is to Bring Revival to Individuals Families, Churches & Nations through the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the resurrection power of the Holy Spirit(Ruah).
This passion and mission enabled him to travel to nations like to help people come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ by the dissemination of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He wants to make use of all the resources and means at his disposal to share the love of God to all people in the world.
Missions
Freedom International ministries, a registered non-profit organization has prayerfully envisaged a God given vision to plant about 1000 missionaries in the next 5 Years who will bring Revival amidst the least reached people groups of the world.
